If you look at both images carefully, you may notice that the four girls are identically posed in both images, even down to hair blowing in the wind and people running off in the background. Seems someone has been using a certain photo editing program.
Again – the south leg of the Gateway Arch in background – and the refernce to “The Show Me State” tells me they are in protesting St. Louis
