The attached photo was taken at a student protest rally on March 26 2004 in Amsterdam Holland. The girl in the picture undressed right in the middle of the crowd in the heart of the city (and made the national TV news). The students protested against government plans to limit the access to universities.

This actually makes more logical sense than many naked protests: a group of folk in Chicago protesting against Eddie Bauer, a clothing manufacturer.
